Order Confirmation Calling Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via phone calls to verify order details, address any queries or concerns they may have, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their overall shopping experience
2. Data Accuracy: Ensure that all order information obtained during confirmation calls is accurately documented in the system, maintaining meticulous attention to detail to prevent errors in order processing and delivery
