About the internship

Responsibilities: -
1. Prospecting: Assist in identifying and researching potential clients or customers through various channels such as online research, social media, and industry databases.
2. Outreach: Support the sales team by making introductory calls or sending emails to initiate conversations with prospects and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
3. Lead Qualification: Help qualify leads by gathering relevant information about their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes to determine their suitability as potential customers.
4. CRM Management: Assist in updating and maintaining the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information on leads, contacts, and interactions to ensure effective pipeline management.
5. Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, organizing meetings, and coordinating follow-up activities with prospects.
6. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and target markets to gather insights that can inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
7. Learning and Development: Take advantage of training opportunities provided by the company to learn about sales techniques, product knowledge, and professional development skills.
8. Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members across sales, marketing, and customer success departments to support cross-functional initiatives and achieve collective sales goals.
