We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Operations Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in human resources operations within a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Maintenance:
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes by entering data and ensuring documentation completeness.
Recruitment Support:
Aid in the coordination of recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant tracking system records, and supporting communication with candidates.
Employee Engagement:
Collaborate on organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
Assist in the administration of employee surveys and feedback mechanisms.
Benefits Administration:
Support the benefits administration process by assisting with enrollment, addressing employee queries, and ensuring compliance with policies.
Compliance and Documentation:
Assist in maintaining HR compliance by ensuring that employee records and documentation adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
Support in the preparation of HR-related reports and documentation.
