As an Operations Intern at our Professional Educational Services company, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to support and streamline our operations. Your knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Office, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word will be essential in assisting with various administrative tasks and projects. Your proficiency in spoken and written English will also be key in communicating effectively with both internal team members and external stakeholders.
1. Assist in evaluation and analysis using MS-Excel to help optimize operational processes.
2. Create and update presentations and reports using MS-PowerPoint to support our team's communication needs.
3. Collaborate with team members to organize and track important documents and files using MS-Word.
4. Provide administrative support by scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
5. Help with event planning and coordination to ensure successful execution of company events.
6. Conduct research and gather information to support various projects and initiatives.
7. Assist with other tasks and projects as needed to contribute to the overall success of our operations.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 200 per sale).
