Input, maintain, and document the transactions in COMPANY IT systems (such as SAP and other customized applications), monitor and manage transactions (Aircraft component repair Orders), also interact with other departments/interfaces globally to expedite material movements and transactions for optimal closure of open repair orders to reduce the TAT and to minimize the repair cost.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Explore various opportunities to shorten cMRO repair cycle and execute transactions
2. Remind Vendors/ Suppliers to deliver the information needed for timely conclusion of transactions related to open repair orders as well as for closed events
3. Forecasting & risk assessment of open Orders in terms of Cost and Time
4. Escalate occurring issues to the team leader & to the team members in order to find optimal solutions & to minimize the risks in the process
5. Supporting purchasing process through active involvement with Suppliers while creating orders, booking goods receiving and clarify invoicing issues
6. Monitor the relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and service-levels both from the quality and from an economic standpoint
7. Collaborate with other Locations (HAM and SOF) - Participate in projects

1. Graduation in any Engineering Stream. Preferred (Aviation, Mechanical)
2. Excellent spoken and written English
3. Experience in dealing with suppliers (external)
4. Knowledge & experience in Supply Chain, Inventory, & Purchase Management
5. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
6. Ability to make decisions autonomously
7. Creative and innovative thinking. Team player & Flexibility; High degree of customer orientation
8. Willingness to undergo continuous training
9. Willingness to work in shifts & Ability to work under pressure
