1. Utilize Excel to collect, clean, and manipulate data from various sources, including website analytic platforms
2. Analyze website traffic data to track key performance indicators (K Pis) such as page views, sessions, bounce rates, and conversion rates
3. Conduct video traffic analysis to evaluate video performance metrics such as views, watch time, and engagement
4. Evaluate customer retention metrics to understand user behavior and factors influencing retention rates
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and product to drive data-informed decisions
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web analytic and data analysis
