Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Perform market research to help identify new investment trends and investment opportunities in early-stage startups
2. Conduct industry research to evaluate the feasibility of the market and competitor landscape
3. Conduct benchmark analysis to establish comparable companies, projects, and valuations
4. Assist with scouting (e.g., discovering exceptional entrepreneurs, working closely with entrepreneurial communities and networks, and managing the pipeline from scouting to onboarding)
5. Create a thesis on startup trends and identify startup ideas such as India markets, digital public infrastructure, or similar startup catalyst initiatives
6. Create valuation models and deal options based on financial and product metrics
7. Curate a community and strengthen relationships within the startup ecosystem
8. Support executing online outreach campaigns, including developing compelling content for online channels
9. Research topics of relevance to the investor and founder communities
Note: There are three intern positions, i.e., in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and Bengaluru.

1. Recently completed or enrolled in a full-time MBA or Masters program is a plus
2. Previous work experience in dynamic working environments such as PE, VC, Investment Banking, and/or strategy consulting
3. A proactive mindset and a keen interest in the intersection of technology, startups, and venture capital.
4. Passion and a curiosity for technology and venture capital investments
5. Proficiency in financial modeling and building presentation decks.
6. Strong analytical skills.
7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (job timing is flexible, so a candidate doing an MBA can opt to work Indian evenings post-college or pre-college time).
8. Must be fluent in English, both written & spoken.
