Fundraising Officer Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for enrolling long-term and one-time supporters
2. Work through prescribed products, reaching out to individuals in public places and business organizations
3. Maintain an understanding of programs, campaigns, and causes, to be able to talk convincingly to potential supporters about the organization's work and ensure team members do the same and monitor the individual fundraiser's day-to-day performance, give feedback and provide motivational reinforcement to achieve the target
4. Effectively and clearly communicate organizational objectives to people and prospective supporters
5. Be responsible for achieving supporter acquisition targets set by the organization
6. Ensure that the supporter s details are correctly filled in the prescribed formats and incorporated into the daily/weekly reports
7. Act as ambassador by representing the organization in a responsible manner
8. Be responsible for maintaining the required level of confidentiality in information
9. Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager
