About the internship

  • Locating/proposing potential business deals for the company by contacting potential partners/customers and by discovering and exploring opportunities
  • Building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
  • Responding to customer queries over the email and following end-to-end process for further follow ups.
  • Contacting prospects that are generated by external sources of lead.
  • Collaborate with Sales Supervisor to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
  • Maintain and expand the company s database of prospects.
  • Ensure compliance on lead follow-up process by using CRM.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e- mail cross-sell and up-sell.
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices and do necessary negotiation.
  • Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
  • Attend periodic business development training where applicable.
  • Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
  • Demonstrate initiative taking capabilities to improve team's productivity

Added requirements

1. Any Degree with good Communication skills in English. Spoken Hindi is AdvantageUniversity or college degree in Marketing, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, self organisation and time management.Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.Excellent listening skills.Strong written communication skills.Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.Ability to work individually and as part of a team.High level of integrity and work ethic
