We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Reputation Executive Intern. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our online reputation to ensure positive brand perception across various digital platforms.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Monitor online reviews and social media channels to gauge customer sentiment and identify areas for improvement
2. Create draft responses promptly and professionally based on root cause analysis on platforms such as TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, OTA, and social media
3. Support the marketing team to develop a framework and roadmap for improving online reputation and increasing positive feedback
4. Summarise the online reviews and responses by segment /issue type and unit, along with necessary mitigation needed and undertaken by the unit
5. Analyse data and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

Other requirements

Strong written and oral communication skills

Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel functionality and features

Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism in all interactions

Familiarity with the social media ecosystem and online review framework

Ability to work with minimal guidance and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Engage the guest in a respectful and relevant conversation that aligns with their interests or experiences, fostering a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

- Prior experience in customer service, marketing, or hospitality is a plus.
