About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Update our internal databases with new employee data including contact details and employment forms
2. Collect payroll information such as hours of work done by an employee, details of bank accounts, etc.
3. Assist in screening forms and resumes of applicants
4. Plan and schedule interviews with candidates
5. Manage job advertisements on job portals and social networks
6. Create reports on the HR-related process when required
7. Address queries and issues of field workers when required
8. Review and distribute company strategies by digital formats (e.g. email, posts on social networks/company website)

Who can apply

Other requirements

Working knowledge of MS Office or database systems, HRIS and ATS

Familiar with full-cycle recruiting

Basic understanding of labor legislation (Occupational safety and health, Anti-discrimination law, National Labor Relations Act, etc)
