As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while utilizing your skills in MS-Excel, MS-Office, English Proficiency (Spoken), English Proficiency (Written), and MS-Word.
1. Assist in recruitment processes including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support employee onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
3. Assist in maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Help in organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees.
5. Support HR team in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
6. Assist in employee relations activities, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
7. Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed, including drafting documents and responding to inquiries.
