We are seeking an individual who will be an integral part of our sales team and will be Focusing on cultivating relationships with travel advisors for the CXO team and board events of corporates. The role will be responsible for engaging with various internal stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in institutional sales within the hospitality sector and an opportunity to work closely with seasoned professionals.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive sales performance.
2. Maintain KYC for all guests routed through travel advisors while nurturing forward-looking relationships with them.
3. Develop a sales funnel and create sales pitches and engagement collaterals.
4. Develop and nurture a relationship with the fraternity of travel advisors to curate their travel advice with La Ri Sa and SELEQT experiences included.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, domestic travel trends, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
1. Strong written and oral communication skills.
2. Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel functionality and features.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to initiate meaningful business conversations.
4. Ability to work with minimal guidance and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Prior experience or coursework in sales, particularly in the hospitality industry.
