Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting outbound calls to potential donors to raise funds for our projects
2. Handling inbound calls regarding donation queries and providing excellent customer service
3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of donor interactions in MS-Excel
4. Collaborating with team members to develop effective calling scripts and strategies
5. Assisting in organizing virtual fundraising events and campaigns
6. Following up with donors to cultivate relationships and secure long-term support
7. Communicating effectively in English and Hindi to reach a diverse audience
