1. Creating & Maintaining Reports of Daily Work for all Team Members
2. Creating and maintaining spreadsheets using Advanced Excel
3. Assisting with scheduling meetings and appointments
4. Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
5. Providing administrative support to team members
6. Generating reports and presentations using MS Office
7. Collaborating with other departments to streamline administrative processes
8. Helping out Team Members with support functions
9. Everything that the CEO would like to delegate
