About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Compile, analyze, and present data reports to support decision-making processes.
2. Maintain and update databases with accurate information.
3. Generate periodic MIS reports for management review.
4. Develop and implement efficient data management processes.
5. Provide technical support for MIS software and troubleshoot any issues as needed.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

Immediate requirement for a leading NBFC collection department.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a similar discipline is necessary

1 to 3 years of collections management or field coordination experience

Understanding of MS Excel at an intermediate level and experience with accounting software

Capacity to autonomously and precisely work

Good communication skills in Malayalam, English & Hindi

Outstanding analytical abilities and a keen sense of detail

Outstanding managerial and leadership abilities

Good people and time management abilities

The capacity to meet deadlines
