Key responsibilities:
1. Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
2. Handling customer queries
3. Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
4. Directing prospects to the field sales team when needed
5. Entering and updating customer information in the database
6. Keeping records of calls and sales and noting useful information
Requirements:
1. Good communication skills with the instinct to understand customer needs
2. Fluency in Hindi and English
3. Knowledge of computer basics
4. Passion for work, learning, and growth
5. Graduates and postgrads are welcome
