Human Resources (HR) Specialist Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and hiring.
2. Oversee onboarding and orientation of new employees.
3. Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts.
4. Promote a positive workplace culture and support employee engagement initiatives.
5. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
6. Develop and manage employee development programs.
7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
8. Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
9. Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
10. Manage employee records and HRIS systems.
11. Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs.
12. Support career development and succession planning.

Requirements:
