We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our luxury showroom team in Gurgaon as a marketing telecaller executive. This role is crucial in driving our sales efforts by effectively Tele-calling leads and providing exceptional client service at our showroom. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's reputation and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our range of furniture products and services.
2. Understand customer requirements and communicate the same to the concerned person.
3. Maintain an organized database of potential leads, ensuring accuracy and regular updates.
4. Follow up on leads generated through various channels and build relationships with potential clients.
5. Provide detailed product information, including specifications, materials, and pricing.
6. Schedule appointments for our sales representatives based on client availability.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in telemarketing, preferably in the same or similar industry.
2. Excellent verbal communication skills, with a friendly and persuasive approach.
3. Strong organizational and follow-up skills to manage leads and appointments efficiently.
4. Ability to work independently.
5. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
6. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
