Key responsibilities:
1. Provide timely, accurate, and friendly support to users via chat, email, and phone
2. Assist users with various issues ranging from account KYC setup, troubleshooting, transaction inquiries, and understanding of bonds and debentures
3. Walk customers through our app features and functionalities, helping them utilize the platform to its fullest potential
4. Resolve concerns by clarifying issues, researching answers, and providing information or alternatives
5. Collect feedback from users and work with the tech team to enhance the user experience
6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
7. Stay updated with new products and features on our platform as well as general trends in the financial services industry
