1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business,
or a related field
2. Analytically minded, with attention to detail. A passion for numbers and data
interpretation is sought here
3. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
4. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
5. A proactive team player with a passion for digital marketing innovations
6. Comfortable using Microsoft Office (primarily Excel)
7. Able to receive constructive feedback and hit the ground running
