Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Utilize creative sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and post openings on various platforms
3. Assist with interview coordination and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
4. Gain hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and learn how to effectively manage candidate data
5. Contribute to candidate evaluation processes and assist in making hiring decisions
6. Support the offer and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires
7. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
