Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Recruitment Support:
Assist with job postings on various platforms.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate interview logistics and provide support during the interview process.

Onboarding and Orientation:
Support the onboarding process for new hires.
Assist with the preparation of orientation materials.
Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the company culture and environment.

HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Assist with the preparation of HR documents, such as offer letters and employment contracts.
Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide timely assistance.
Assist with employee engagement activities and events.
Help foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
