Key responsibilities:
1. Research, design, and develop machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex problems
2. Utilize advanced data preprocessing techniques to clean, transform, and augment datasets, maximizing their utility for model training and evaluation
3. Evaluate model performance, identify areas for improvement, and fine-tune algorithms to enhance accuracy and efficiency
4. Architect scalable AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with clients' existing systems and infrastructure, ensuring robustness, reliability, and performance
5. Mentor junior team members, providing technical leadership, guidance, and knowledge transfer to foster their professional growth and development
6. Drive continuous improvement through rigorous experimentation, A/B testing, and feedback loops, iterating on AI models and algorithms to deliver incremental value to clients
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's in computer science, engineering, mathematics a related field or equivalent qualification
2. Proven track record of designing and deploying AI solutions in real-world environments, with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
3. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark) for scalable AI development and deployment
4. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements
5. Required proficiency in Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Python programming, and NLP experience
Additional preference:
