1. Assist with data entry and maintaining financial records
2. Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closing procedures
3. Prepare and process invoices for payment
4. Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reports
5. Support the finance team with ad hoc projects as needed
6. Utilize MS-Office applications to create spreadsheets and reports
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial processes
