1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for helping others.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
4. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software are preferred.
5. Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus, but not required.
