1. Conduct virtual training sessions on client handling techniques, product knowledge, and industry best practices
2. Provide personalized coaching and support to learners to enhance their client interaction skills and product expertise
3. Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop targeted training solutions
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
5. Act as a mentor and guide for learners, providing ongoing support and encouragement throughout their upskill journey
6. Responsible for on-going observations of direct reports, providing guidance, mentoring and support that focus on performance improvement of the candidate
7. Conduct refresher trainings based on TNI
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi, Gurgaon and neighboring cities
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2. 1-5 years of experience as a Process Trainer or similar role, preferably in a client-facing environment
3. Strong understanding of client handling techniques and strategies
4. Experience in training individuals on product knowledge and service delivery standards
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to engage and motivate learners in a virtual training environment
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year
