Key Responsibilities:
1. Process orders as part of the company's order fulfillment workflow
2. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient & streamlined workflow
3. Work on orders from the time it enters the pipeline till it reaches our customers
4. Maintain orders related/other data in our accounting software Quickbooks (invoices, etc.)
5. Update and maintain all relevant Google Sheets
6. Work on Ad Hoc tasks like sending account statements & order forms to customers
7. Participate in team meetings and company meetings during USA daytime/ India nighttime with video on
8. Work during the USA daytime/India nighttime

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
2. Candidate must be available to work from 8:30 pm - 5:00 am Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Pacific Standard Time)
1. Professional work experience of 2 years is preferred.
2. Intermediate Excel knowledge is preferred.
3. Ability to work during USA Daytime/India nighttime. Work timings will be as per the distribution center you will get allotted.
a. New Jersey Timings (8 AM EDT to 4:30 PM EDT/5:30 PM IST to 2 AM IST);
b. Texas Timings (8 AM CDT to 4:30 PM CDT/6:30 PM IST to 3 AM IST);
c. Illinois Timings (8 AM CDT to 4:30 PM CDT/6:30 PM IST to 3 AM IST);
d. California Timings (8 AM PDT to 4:30 PM PDT/8:30 PM IST to 5 AM IST).
4. Must have a PC/laptop with a good speed internet connection.
5. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
6. Clear and proactive communication skills.
7. Courteous and willing to take on additional responsibilities.
8. Ability to meet deadlines.
9. Attention to detail.
10. Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Outlook.

15. Prior experience with QuickBooks would be an added advantage, but not compulsory.
