About the job

Mission of the Role: The Human Resources Specialist will implement structured processes to effectively recruit and onboard talented technical professionals into analytics roles. Additionally, this role is responsible for cultivating a positive and motivating company culture that aligns with our organizational values.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition: Source top technical talent from various recruitment platforms. Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions to enhance brand awareness and facilitate campus recruitment.
2. Candidate Screening: Design and implement screening processes to identify candidates with the right attitude and aptitude from all applicants.
3. Monthly Feedback Calls: Ensure feedback calls are conducted every month to review the team's performance and maintain performance tracker.
4. Payroll and EPFO Management: Maintain the payroll platform such that the salaries, member addition/removal and things are organised.
5. Communication: Maintain effective communication with potential candidates to enhance recruitment opportunities and candidate experience.
6. Brand Perception: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for the company's website and YouTube channel, aimed at creating a positive perception among prospective hires.
7. Onboarding: Develop and standardize training modules to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, aligning them with company practices and culture.
