You become the face of Internshala \u2013 Don our colours and help us spread the word! Reach out to your college mates or school buddies \u2013 make internships<\/em> a trend among them by providing them with latest internships, updates, offers, and answer their queries regarding Internshala.<\/p>\n Sounds tough? It is! And that\u2019s why it\u2019s worth it! But you have nothing to worry about; we\u2019ll be there to assist you, at every step of the process.<\/p>\n And, it doesn\u2019t end there \u2013 we will award you. Well, you\u2019ll become an extended team member of Internshala<\/strong> and will be benefited at every step<\/em> you take to help Internshala\u2019s growth.<\/p>\n Objectives of the program<\/strong><\/p>\n Student Partners will represent Internshala in their campuses, and help their peers in order to make the best use of Internshala as well as gain essential skills in marketing, communication and enhance leadership qualities.<\/p>\n Your core responsibilities would be:<\/p>\n What does it take?<\/strong><\/p>\n Guts!<\/p>\n Along with \u2013 enthusiasm to shoulder responsibilities, passion to excel, out-of-box thinking, and a knack for jugaad<\/em> (know how to spread the word by leveraging campus events). It takes a leader \u2013 someone who can inspire peers, and a marketing genius who has the hunger to do more.<\/p>\n Please note that ISP 6.0 is NOT for everyone. Like everything else at Internshala, we are going to be extremely<\/em> selective about whom we choose because we truly want to grow ISP into The League of Extraordinary College Students \u2013 <\/em>a community that every member is proud of. What is Internshala Student Partner (ISP) 6.0 program?<\/strong><\/p>\n Internshala Student Partner is an opportunity for you to become Internshala\u2019s face on your campus and promote its products and services among your college’s and school’s student community.<\/p>\n 2. Who can apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n Any college student who is assuming the responsibilities of a student coordinator or is a member of any other club or group inside or outside his\/her college, and has the desired skills \u2013 hunger, creativity, influence, and dedication, and who wants to experience the\u00a0excitement of a growing startup, can apply. ISP is open to students of all streams<\/strong>.<\/p>\n 3. What is expected of me as an ISP?<\/strong><\/p>\n Your core responsibility would be to promote Internshala brand, products & services on your campus. How? <\/em>While we will provide you with a lot of support, mentoring, marketing ideas and materials, we also expect you to tickle your creative bone and scratch your brain from time to time and come up with innovative ideas yourself or learn from the ideas of your fellow ISPs in other colleges. Remember – we love innovation!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 4. How many hours a week I need to devote for ISP and what about during exam time?<\/strong><\/p>\n Since this model is performance based, you decide the time you want to give. We would ideally like you to spend about 3-4 hours a week. But then again, it completely depends on you \u2013 more you can do, more you can expect in return.<\/p>\n P.S.: Exam breaks are perfectly fine with us and you are not expected to devote any time to ISP during exams.<\/p>\n 6. Will this look good on my resume?<\/strong><\/p>\n Now you\u2019re talking. Yes, you bet! Organizations love the Internshala tag \u2013 and remember, pretty much every company in India now knows Internshala as they regularly use Internshala to hire interns. (We have a huge list of MNCs and Startups hiring interns on our platform. Not to forget, Government Organizations and NGOs too!)<\/em><\/p>\n 7. Awesome, how do I apply?
