\"\"<\/a>IIT Bombay under the aegis of National Programme on Differential Equations – Theory, Computation, and Applications (NPDE-TCA) has announced instructional summer school on Differential Equations for students at Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Advanced levels (3 separate training programs). The last dates to apply are 31st March<\/strong>, 6th April<\/strong>, and 16th April<\/strong> respectively – hurry! In addition there is a summer internship program (different than above mentioned training programs) is also being offered, the deadline for the same is 31st March 2012<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

About NPDE-TCA<\/strong>: – NPDE-TCA is a 5 year national program sponsored by Department of Science & Technology and being managed by IIT Bombay ‘To create human resource and generate knowledge source for academia and industry in the area of differential equations for real life problems.<\/p>\n

About Summer Schools: – <\/strong>There are 3 instructional summer schools (training programs) that have been announced as below –<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. UG Level<\/strong>: – This program is open to B.Sc. (Mathematics), B.Tech, B.E students who have completed atleast 2 years of studies. The program would be conducted between May 7-26 at Institute of Mathematics and Applications (IMA), Bhubaneswar. The last date to apply is March 31st 2012<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. PG Level<\/strong>: – This program is open to M.Sc. (Mathematics), or B.Tech, B.E students who have completed UG level training program earlier. The program would be conducted between May 14- June 2 at IIT Delhi. The last date to apply is April 6th 2012<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Advanced Level<\/strong>: – This program is open to Research Scholars, Senior M.Sc. (Mathematics), or B.Tech, B.E students who have completed PG level training program earlier. The program would be conducted between June 10- June 30 at IIT Bombay. The last date to apply is April 16th 2012<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    About Summer Internship: – <\/strong>In addition the summer schools above, NPDE-TCA also offers summer internships to bright and motivated students where they work with eminent\u00a0 researchers\u00a0 in our country or with industry for a period of\u00a0 one to two months. In a given year, upto 20 internships may be offered. Both Undergraduate and Postgraduate students may apply for this intenrship. The last date is March 31st 2012.<\/strong><\/p>\n
