About CIIE: – <\/strong>CIIE is India’s premier startup accelerator and Incubation centre founded by, and located at IIM Ahmedabad.\u00a0 The centre works closely with exciting and innovative startups to help them in the early stages. Centre also runs various ecosystem building activities such as mentoring, capacity building workshops etc.<\/p>\n

About the internship: – <\/strong>The interns would work in teams of twos to\u00a0 carry out industry analysis for a specified sector (the sector would be allocated by the CIIE team in the first week), identify key trends in terms of existing offerings, major players, analyse different business models prevalent in an industry, identify key innovations trends and carry out background research to support the jury members in various programs.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Who can apply: – <\/strong>The candidates with the following skills may apply: –<\/p>\n

  1. Good written and spoken communication skills<\/li>\n
  2. Logical and analytical reasoning abilities<\/li>\n
  3. Inclination towards business\/entrepreneurship and a desire to learn more about aspects of business<\/li>\n
  4. Ideally smart people in final years of graduation – B.Tech, B.B.A, B.B.M from top colleges of a city<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Location: – <\/strong>IIM Ahmedabad<\/p>\n

    Duration: – <\/strong>2 months<\/p>\n

    Start month: – <\/strong>May 2012<\/p>\n

    Stipend: – <\/strong>This is an unpaid internship. CIIE would try to arrange for accomodation in student hostels, subject to availability. Similarly, the interns would be enrolled in the student mess for their meals.<\/p>\n
