I do not think there is a particular degree\/course this internship caters to (Yes, MBAs and Masters students of Marketing\/Advertising\/Hospitality may find it more relevant) but is about how you can get into the shoes of the customer, discover insights and blend them into organization’s strategy to ensure increased loyalty and greater advocacy from your customers. About Sandor Nephro Services: – <\/strong>Sandor Nephro Services (http:\/\/www.sandor.co.in\/) was founded with a single minded focus \u2013 \u201cto make dialysis treatment more affordable and accessible to kidney failure patients\u201d, especially in cities\/towns where the availability of treatment is a major concern.\u00a0 The founding team comprises of a highly experienced entrepreneur and graduates of IIT Bombay, John Hopkins University, and Indian School of Business. About the internship: – <\/strong>The selected interns would work to build the overall engagement process for the customer (patient\/care taker). Their responsibilities will include but not limited to \u2013
\n1) Introduce more patient interaction touch points with\u00a0 the organization
\n2) Design and launch all customer centric programs to increase customer stickiness and also create more word of mouth advertisement
\n3) Organize training programs for\u00a0 employees at dialysis centers for making them better at customer handling
\n4) Identify and remove any existing pain points for patients\/caretakers<\/p>\n

Who can apply: – <\/strong>MBA\/Bachelors\/Masters degree in any creative field (marketing\/hospitality\/advertising, etc.). More importantly being a startup its very important the person joining us is passionate about his\/her work, very adaptive as situations change rapidly requiring change of plans.<\/p>\n

Duration: – <\/strong>2 months
