While Internshala may not be able to eliminate the pain completely, we would try our best to make the experience as hassle free as possible for you. This guide is an attempt in the same direction, a collection of a few pointers accumulated over our experience of helping hundreds of other organizations with their intern needs in past 1 year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>The applicant dashboard is meant to help you screen candidates faster and keep the data more organized. The <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">annexure A<\/span><\/strong> explains columns that you may see in the dashboard.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0At times there may not be many applications for an internship due to several factors such as company\/work profile, location, stipend, duration etc.\u00a0 See if you could change any of these to attract more applicants<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0You will see a few irrelevant applications at times &#8211; please ignore them. Some students apply without reading the job post completely and we are putting in measures in place to curb that.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0<strong>&#8220;The Cover Letter&#8221; section is an important one<\/strong> &#8211; it helps you identify a sincere candidate from \u201capply everywhere\u201d candidate. Do use it.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0The <strong>answer to internship specific questions<\/strong> and <strong>automated telephonic interview<\/strong> features, if opted for, are known to save ~80% of initial screening hassle. Do use them in your evaluation<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Close the process and declare results at the earliest (ideally within 15 days of last date to apply).
