Engaged employees<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They incarnate Steve Jobs\u2019 quote: \u201cThe only way to do great work is to love what you do.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These employees are emotionally invested in their organisation and work with full commitment towards the company&#8217;s success. They understand the role they play within the larger picture, feel a sense of purpose in their work, and are motivated to make a significant contribution.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>2. Disengaged employees<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is where the majority of today\u2019s workforce falls.
