About<\/strong> <\/strong>Center for Youth Development and Activities<\/strong>: –\u00a0Center for Youth Development and Activities (www.cydaindia.org) looks into the holistic development of young people by addressing the issues of health, livelihood and education. Through this CYDA aims to create future agents of positive social change. CYDA\u2019s work is majorly concentrated in Pune, Sangli in Maharashtra and Bilaspur, Jahangirchapa and Raipur in Chhattisgarh.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

About Internship: – <\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0CYDA offers total six internships in different projects as below :-<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Summer Exposure Program Project<\/strong> : – An intern will be responsible for the coordination of placement process between candidates and the NGO. He\/She will also be responsible for the documentation of case studies & experiences of candidates and photo documentation.<\/li>\n
  2. Youth4Change Project<\/strong>:-\u00a0 An intern will be responsible for planning & implementing publicity policies\u00a0of Youth4Change project. He\/She will also be monitoring activities of volunteers, logistics & budgeting of Youth4Change.<\/li>\n
  3. Youth Development Program <\/strong>:- \u00a0An intern will be responsible for the content development of CYDA\u2019s monthly newsletter, writing weekly articles for\u00a0associate members, website, and content writing for various youth program project publicity.<\/li>\n
  4. Media 4 Change project<\/strong> :- An intern will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the press contacts in Pune, building relationships with journalists & updating them about CYDA activities and preparing & circulating press releases bi-monthly.\u00a0 Under the same project candidate can also choose to work on\u00a0editing documentaries related to CYDA projects and\u00a0preparing a photo documentary and series for CYDA projects.<\/li>\n
  5. Marketing and sales project<\/strong> :-\u00a0 Candidates will be responsible for marketing souvenirs (no door to door marketing), identifying\u00a0 places suitable for stalls, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Number of internships:<\/strong>–\u00a0 6<\/p>\n

    <\/strong><\/strong>Who can apply:- <\/strong>Candidates with Bachelors in Humanities & Social Sciences, Bachelor of Media Studies, Bachelor of Arts can apply. <\/strong><\/p>\n

    Location: \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0Pune, India<\/p>\n

    Duration:- <\/strong>1 month minimum except Marketing and Sales project for which minimum duration is 10 months.<\/p>\n

    Start date: –<\/strong>\u00a0June 2012<\/p>\n

    Stipend:- <\/strong>Negotiable stipend with an\u00a0internship certificate, travel allowance and a letter of recommendation. Will be provided on successful completion of internship.<\/p>\n
