Directorate General of Foreign Trade is offering paid internships to students of law\/Economics\/Finance\/Management.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><strong>About DGFT<\/strong>:- Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) formulates and implements Foreign Trade Policy\u00a0(FTP). These functions entail close interaction with the related arms of the Government,\u00a0economists, trade bodies, exporters as well as keep track of the changing scenario in\u00a0International Trade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>About the Internship<\/strong>:- The interns would be assigned with<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>\u00a0Analysis of international trade and market conditions across major markets<\/li>\n<li>Simplification of\u00a0rules &amp; procedures of DGFT<\/li>\n<li>Redrafting or paraphrasing the existing Policy<\/li>\n<li>Policy Reforms at\u00a0macro level, review of various schemes of DGFT<\/li>\n<li>Review of existing notifications<\/li>\n<li>E-governance\u00a0within DGFT<\/li>\n<li>Reduction of transaction costs<\/li>\n<li>Formulation of new schemes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Who can apply<\/strong>:-\u00a0Students in the final year of their graduation ( 4th &amp;\u00a05th\u00a0years, in the case of Law graduates of Five year stream) or post graduate\/research students in Economics\/Law\/Finance\/Management.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Number of Interns<\/strong>: Maximum 10 at any point of time.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Location<\/strong>: New Delhi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Duration<\/strong>: A maximum of 2 months<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Stipend<\/strong>: INR 10,000\/month<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>How to apply<\/strong>: Please refer to <a href=\"http:\/\/dgft.gov.in\/exim\/2000\/empcorner\/internshipscheme.pdf\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>DGFT Internship page<\/strong><\/a> for more details on how to apply.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">FYI!
