About<\/strong> Ursqft: –<\/strong>Ursqft \u00a0is a startup incorporated in UK and India with the objective of providing real estate advisory, transactions and management services to HNI individuals. The company is founded by team of INSEAD and DEC alumni with an experience of more than 15 years in various consulting and IT firms both nationally and internationally.The initial focus of the organization is NCR with plans of expansion in other cities of India. The organization is founded on the core principles of management consulting: strong analytic based on in-depth research and providing customized solutions. Additionally the organization will be launching the first ever professional estate management services in India.<\/p>\n

About Internship: – <\/strong>The company is looking for interns in below service lines:-<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Transaction Services which includes asset liquidation and asset procurement.<\/li>\n
  2. Advisory Services which includes research and modelling.<\/li>\n
  3. Property Management where the candidate has to create the process design.<\/li>\n
  4. Information Technology where candidate will be working on social media and development.<\/li>\n
  5. Marketing which includes design and publishing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Interns will be working under the direct guidance of the founders. Field visits (up to 20% of the time) may be required but most of the work will be based in office working on data gathering and data analysis. Talking to people on the phone to collect data will also be a part of the job. Students will also be required to work on presentations both inward and client-facing as deemed necessary by the founders. <\/strong><\/p>\n

    Number of internships:\u00a0–<\/strong> 7<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Who can apply: – <\/strong>Any graduate or post graduate candidate with excellent communication skills can apply for this internship. He\/she should be highly creative and have outstanding presentation skills (MS Power Point and Excel) for designing and publishing.<\/p>\n

    For the IT internships listed above, specialized web and coding skills are required.<\/p>\n

    Location: – <\/strong>New Delhi, India<\/p>\n

    Duration: –<\/strong> Minimum 6 months<\/p>\n

    Start date: –<\/strong>\u00a0July 2012<\/p>\n

    Stipend: – <\/strong>Performance based stipend in the range of 5,000 to 25,000 p.m. along with a letter of recommendation will be provided on successful completion of internship. If the student performs well he\/she might be offered a full time employment opportunity.<\/p>\n
