About Internship: <\/strong>– \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>An intern will be working \u00a0on different job roles :- <\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Description 1<\/em> :-\u00a0 In this role an intern will be working on :<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Tracking the Transition related actions and following up the transition costs and invoicing<\/li>\n
  2. Performance & Service Management: monitoring of data collection for 10 locations, making sure data is available in Equasiis<\/li>\n
  3. \u00a0Relationship Management: assisting in the preparation of the governance meetings and the tracking of the related actions<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Job Description 2<\/em>: –\u00a0 On this role an intern will be working on \u00a0financial management and will maintain the tracking of the collection, booking and payment of all production invoices. Preparing summaries for the same. Contact with Service Provider and Countries.<\/p>\n

    Job Description 3<\/em>: – An intern will be working on tracking of collection of all related transition invoices and provide assistance in the pre-approval of these. Preparing summaries for the same. Contacts with Service Provider and Countries.<\/p>\n

    Job Description 4: –<\/em> Tracking of collection of all cost\/benefit information from the countries in scope for the purpose of controlling the business case. Contacts with Countries and preparing monthly reports.<\/p>\n

    Job Description 5<\/em> : – Candidate will be working on Contract Management and will provide administrative assistance in the follow-up and control of change requests and other contract related matters.<\/p>\n

    Job Description 6: –<\/em> In this an intern will \u00a0identify additional scope in the area of finance transactional activities that will be transferred to an outsourced provider. This will include a FTE, volume and financial impact estimate, design specific transition plans wherever possible, will update the full information on UCB strategic outsourcing contracts on EquaSiis, and clear list and rationale for additional strategic partnerships that should be managed on EquaSiis available. <\/strong><\/p>\n

    Number of internships:\u00a0–<\/strong> 1<\/p>\n

    Who can apply: – <\/strong>Any graduate \/ post graduate student in the age group with knowledge of Financial accounting and International Financial Management \u00a0can apply for this internship.\u00a0 Candidate should possess an excellent communication skills and adaptability in various cultures. <\/strong><\/p>\n

    Location:- <\/strong>Belgium<\/p>\n

    Duration:- <\/strong>3 months<\/p>\n

    Start date: – <\/strong>September 2012<\/p>\n

    Stipend: –<\/strong> A stipend of USD 1762 will be provided on completion of internship.<\/p>\n

    Note<\/strong>: – For availing this opportunity, the candidate needs to sign a contract with AISEC along with Rs. 5000 which is non refundable. Once the candidate is selected an additional amount of Rs. 6000 needs to be paid for less than 3 months, Rs. 11,000 for 6 months or less and Rs. 16,000 for one year or less.<\/p>\n
