About Internship: – <\/strong>The selected candidate will be trained to work on specific secondary research projects that amongst others involve, tracking Industries\/Sectors\/Specific companies on pre-determined parameters and presenting the results in agreed formats on a regular basis. The role involves working on but not limited to high profile and confidential strategic business initiatives.<\/p>\n

Number of internships:\u00a0–<\/strong> 2<\/strong><\/p>\n

Who can apply: <\/strong>– <\/strong>The students should also meet the following requirements;<\/p>\n

1. Students with\/who has : – Good academic credentials (aggregate average of class X & XII marks >= 90% , if from CBSE\/ICSE & >=95% marks if from other backgrounds) and a CGPA of atleast 8\/10 (or atleast 80%) at graduate and higher levels. Minor variations to this academic criteria are acceptable, depending on the richness of their overall profile and suitability to the role on offer.<\/p>\n

2. Candidates with a CAT\/XAT score >=95 percentile\/ GMAT >=740\/IIT JEE AIR upto 1000 \/AIEEE AIR upto 1000\/BITSAT score >350\/Graduate Degree CGPA >=9\/10 (or equivalent percentages) from any of the universities\/colleges mentioned below can apply regardless of their other academic credentials.(Subject to they matching most of the other criteria mentioned herein) – Preferably a BE\/B.Tech degree holder from any of the following colleges :- IIT’s\/NIT’s\/BITS-Pilani(All campuses)\/IIIT\/CEG, MIT-Anna University\/PSG-Tech-Coimbatore\/CET-Trivandrum\/CIT-Coimbatore\/SVCE, Chennai\/SASTRA University\/Amrita University\/JNTU (Main Campus).<\/p>\n

3. Exceptional MBA’s\/students from other Engineering colleges\/ those with a Commerce Degree (B.Com etc) would also be considered on a case to case basis.<\/p>\n

4. Passionate about working in a high profile, extremely demanding but tremendously enriching management role.<\/p>\n

5. Superior quality,verbal and written communication skills. A voracious reader and a fast learner, who enjoys intellectual rigor.<\/p>\n

6. Possessing an enriched resume with consistent & rich extra\/co-curricular excellence and demonstrated leadership traits at the school and college levels.<\/p>\n

7. An ardent follower of business trends, global markets and major economic events worldwide for at least 2 years. Someone who enjoys reading Fortune\/Forbes\/New York Times\/Economist for global business news and The Economic Times\/Business Standard\/Business Line\/Business India\/Business Today\/Business World for Indian business news.<\/p>\n

Duration: – <\/strong>3-6 months<\/p>\n

Start date: – <\/strong>Between October-December, 2012<\/p>\n

Stipend: – <\/strong>Rs. 10,000-Rs. 15,000 per month + a certificate of experience will be provided on completion of internship.<\/p>\n
