About<\/strong> Rakshak Foundation<\/strong>:<\/strong> –\u00a0Rakshak Foundation (www.rakshakfoundation.org) is a non profit organization, founded by alumni of eminent institute like IITs and IIMs, which is involved in Public Policy Research. It foresees citizen awareness and participation in governance as the solution to most pressing social problems in India like corruption, education, health, accountability, efficiency and transparency etc.<\/p>\n

About Internship: \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Rakshak Foundation is looking for student interns to develop website for their upcoming project to be used by the common citizen. The interns are expected to:<\/p>\n

  1. Design and develop a WordPress based website ensuring strong optimization and functionality<\/li>\n
  2. Use SEO and cutting edge tools to make the website\u00a0 search-engine friendly<\/li>\n
  3. Lead in structuring and planning of site development<\/li>\n
  4. Research upcoming technologies and development patterns<\/li>\n
  5. Develop requisite artwork and integrate it with the site<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Number of internships:\u00a0–<\/strong> 1<\/p>\n

    Who can apply: <\/strong>– <\/strong>Anyone who has the ability to fulfill the above requirements can apply.
