The internship opportunities are available in practically every aspect of studies that one can think of. Engineers, MBAs, Social Science students, writers, lawyers, urban planners, research fellows, economists – there is something for everyone!<\/p>\n

About Janaagraha: – <\/strong>Janaagraha (www.janaagraha.org) is arguably India\u2019s best known non-government, not for profit organization working relentlessly to strengthen democracy in India by working for citizen participation in urban local government. iJannagraha (www.ijanaagraha.org) & I Paid a Bribe (www.ipaidabribe.com) are their 2 key online initiatives and of course, who can ever forget the \u201cJaago Re\u201d campaign in association with Tata Tea that registered ~600,000 citizens online for voting.<\/p>\n

About Internship: – <\/strong>At Janaagraha students from almost all walks of life come and contribute (which in itself should be quite an experience). Irrespective of the area you choose to work in \u2013 be assured that you work matters and plays a role in ensuring a better tomorrow for all of us! Every Saturday there is a volunteer orientation program at Janaagraha office between 4 \u2013 5 PM \u2013 if you are in Bangalore, walk-in and get a feel for yourself. Location: – <\/strong>Bangalore, India<\/p>\n

Duration: – <\/strong>Minimum 1 month<\/p>\n

Start Date: – <\/strong>This is a rolling internship \/ volunteering program, students can apply throughout the year<\/p>\n

Stipend: – <\/strong>Unpaid. There would be a certificate issued at the end of the internship basis the performance during internship<\/p>\n
