About GIF: –<\/strong> Conceptualization of Global India Foundation (http:\/\/www.globalindiafoundation.org\/default.htm<\/a>) is premised on promoting national resilience, economic prosperity, liberal values and principle of social commitment in national life. Conceived by a diverse group of professionals including retired civil servants, service officers, businessmen and academia from all over India, the Foundation is an initiative to contribute in India’s efforts to realize its aspirations of playing a meaningful and constructive role in regional and global affairs and promote international interdependence. The Foundation will strive to enhance the spirit of Indianness through its projects and explore measures to strengthen national resilience in its various facets.<\/p>\n

The Global India Foundation is visualised as a medium to ensure that our efforts towards these ends are appropriately channelised and a multi-pronged strategy with a calibrated approach is adopted to fully realise India’s potential.<\/p>\n

The Foundation has a permanent establishment and research staff to support its objectives and provide dynamic outputs in long term perspective planning and research.<\/p>\n

About Internship: –<\/strong> The students would be working in area of public policy, foreign affairs and international relations. Please check out GIF Internship page<\/a> to see what kind of projects students have worked on in past<\/p>\n

Who can apply: –<\/strong> Any graduate \/ post graduate students interested in acquiring practical experience in Public Policy, International Relations may apply. Good knowledge of English, Good academic record (a min GPA of 3.0 on scale of 4.0 or at least 58% marks) and functional knowledge of computer and MS-Office is mandatory<\/p>\n

Duration: –<\/strong> 4-8 weeks. The length of the internship depending on the project each intern will be assigned and is flexible<\/p>\n
