IIM \"IIMBangalore is looking for interns to grade MBA level courses in the disciplines of Economics and Social Sciences. Please note that this internship is available for a minimum duration of 12 months. The application deadline is 15th April 2013 \u2013 hurry!\"\"<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

About the internship: – <\/b>Interns would be required to grade MBA level courses in one or more of the aforementioned disciplines as well as provide grading support for a variety of elective courses such as Game Theory, Global Financial Markets, Industrial Organization, and International Macroeconomics. Interns would also get a chance to assist department faculty in ongoing research projects and to get research exposure across a wide range of fields such as Environmental Economics, International Trade, Agricultural Economics, International Monetary Economics, Privatization and Regulation, among others.<\/p>\n

Who can apply: –<\/b>\u00a0 The area is looking for persons with good academic credentials who have completed a Bachelors or a Masters in Economics or Political Science. Prospective applicants must have a strong background in one or more of the following fields: Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Econometrics, Business Law, and Political Science.<\/p>\n

Duration: –<\/b> 12 months (extendable for up to 3 years)<\/p>\n

Start date: –<\/b> June 2013<\/p>\n

Stipend: –<\/b> Salary would be based on educational qualification and experience of the applicant and would be in the range of Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000 plus an additional house rent allowance of Rs. 3,000.<\/p>\n
