This su\"Tezpurmmer internship program, from far corners of North East, should come as a respite for many of Internshala readers who are looking for an internship opportunity in that region. This internship is program is for students from pretty much every possible education stream (Physics, Chemical Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, Environmental Science, Food Engineering and Technology, Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Energy, English and Foreign Languages, Cultural Studies, Sociology, Mass Communication and Journalism, Hindi and Business Administration). The last date to apply is 10th May, 2013 – <\/strong>hurry!<\/p>\n

About the internship: – <\/strong>The main objectives for implementing this programme is to introduce the young talent into research at an early stage, open up the university facilities to students of other institutions and give them opportunities to interact with the experienced faculty members of the university.<\/p>\n

Who can apply: – <\/strong>Students completing 2nd year under graduation programme or 3rd year (6th semester) B. Tech programme with consistently good academic records and a strong desire to take up research career.<\/p>\n

Location: – <\/strong>Tezpur University, Assam<\/p>\n

Duration: – <\/strong>4 weeks (3rd June, 2013 – 1st July 2013)<\/p>\n

Stipend: – <\/strong>The selected students will be provided incidental expenses amounting to Rs.2000\/- for the entire period + accommodation in university hostels<\/p>\n
