REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Good experience in user acquisition across channels Strong quantitative skills and an analytical, data-driven mindset Exceptional passion for testing, analyzing, and iterating Expert understanding of social media, analytics, and A\/B test implementation Intimate knowledge of Google Analytics Good programming skills (the role is a hybrid between coder and marketer) Huge Plus: prior experience with SEO, email campaigns, landing pages, user experience, viral lubrication Can work independently, without much guidance and mentoring Has the heart to go through the rollercoaster highs and lows of a startup journey.
