IIT Delhi aims to\u00a0contribute to India and the World through excellence in scientific and technical education and research; to serve as a valuable resource for industry and society; and remain a source of pride for all Indians.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>About The Internship:-<\/strong>The\u00a0Global\u00a0Internship\u00a0Program in\u00a0Engineering\u00a0Design and\u00a0Innovation for the Electrical Sciences is coordinated by Prof.Subrat Kar, Airtel IIT Delhi Center of Excellence in Telecommunication (AICET) \/ Bharti School of Telecommunication Technology and Management in IIT Delhi &#8211; it runs throughout the year.\u00a0<strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><\/strong>Every Intern, regardless of the area of work \/ choice of faculty mentor will be trained in\u00a0product development lifecycle, \u00a0project management, software tools, hardware design tools and software, and presentation skills. This will be followed by a student specific project. A weekly\u00a0feedback session will be held.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Who can apply:- <\/strong>Students who are registered in recognized College\/Institution\/Deemed University in Engineering discipline in Electrical Sciences(Electrical Engg,Computer Science,Electronics,Communication\/Telecommunication, Instrumentation and allied Electrical Sciences) \u00a0and are either &#8211;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 13px;\">Pre-final\/Final year UG(must completed at least four semesters\/ two years of required course work at the start of Internship.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Or PG (must have completed at least two semesters\/one year of required coursework)students who are registered in recognized educational Institute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Location:-<\/strong> Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Duration:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0The Global Internship Program starts \u00a0in January every year and continue throughout the year in four batches of minimum one month duration.
