Hello everyone! And\u00a0congratulations<\/strong>, you’ve fallen in the trap too! Because the curiosity that led me to know more about the amazing team that makes Internshala what it is, will definitely leave you with a feeling of wanting to be a part of it as well.<\/div>\n

Now, the only reason I’m taking up this part-time, while hardly managing to keep the temptation of free Maggie noodles and coffee under control (oh yes, I’m a foodie!), which is what you get if you work full-time from their office, is because I’m tied up with some other commitments for the next couple of months.<\/div>\n
Also, I’m taking this up when I have an offer from the ‘You<\/strong>–Know<\/strong>–Who<\/strong>‘ of the IT industry, or if I were to put it in a better way- the workplace of every other engineer in the country.<\/div>\n

My colleagues have put it beautifully as to why have they taken up this internship, but still, I’l try to put forth my 4 reasons out of I don’t know how many, for applying to this internship. (For all the spam lovers who would want to discuss it further, the comment section is all ours! ;) And 4, because I’m not very fond of prime numbers. :P)<\/div>\n

1. Oh wow, I’ve managed to keep you reading until now? Awesome. Could you do me one more favor? Stop reading this. Yes, please<\/strong> stop<\/strong>. Press back and scroll down, and pick up any other team member’s story, and come back here and comment if you didn’t find it to be inspiring. The kind of experience each one has had is so enriching that it leaves you with a feeling of wanting to experience something like that for yourself as well.<\/div>\n

2. Intrapreneurship<\/strong>: Wikipedia defines it as\u00a0the act of behaving like an\u00a0entrepreneur\u00a0while working within a large organization. The very nature of the job that I’ve taken deals just with that. Even though not many companies in India actually promote this, but when one like Internshala does so, you just can’t let it go.<\/div>\n

3. The learning<\/strong>: The job description itself says you can work on anything that will make the business tick! From editorial to social media, from marketing to operations! Could you ask for a experience that helps you learn and explore so much? I guess an example will help you get a better idea: I haven’t even started working on a project yet and yesterday Sarvesh sir was teaching me basics on SEO! SEO lessons from the CEO when you haven’t even started? Jealous, eh?<\/div>\n

4. I have always taken up opportunities which let makes some difference to someone’s life. I have been associated with a quite a few NGOs, but what brings me here is the fact that I myself have used the resume writing service offered by Internshala and also the internship postings, which has led to my wonderful experiences working in the social sector. And I would want to contribute my bit to brining such services to students.<\/div>\n

My friends often ask me- How can we do some social<\/strong> work<\/strong> too? I say continue doing whatever you are doing if that ultimately leads to some good to some one.<\/div>\n

So, here I am! A part of an amazing team, while continuing to drool and then cry over not being able to gulp down Maggie noodles and coffee, looking forward to contributing to Internshala, mine and most importantly, YOUR<\/strong> <\/em>success story.<\/div>\n
