Since I am pursuing BE in Mechanical, I was very familiar with geometric modelling, meshing and analysis and studying their behavior but I never got a chance to learn circuits and programming.<\/p>\n

How I met Internshala Trainings?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I don\u2019t know about other people, but I was terrified of circuits and their diagrams and I never was a big fan of flow charts. After my final exams I was about to spend two months being a couch potato with the laptop in front of me 24×7 (along with the rants of my parents about wasting my time!). So when one of my friends told me about this website that gives industry-relevant online trainings, I decided to give it a shot.<\/p>\n

I checked the website thoroughly and found out this exciting new Raspberry Pi course which had an open piece of hardware (i.e. Raspberry Pi) and learnt that they will be teaching this new programming language which is used to program games – Python. I did some research and found out tonnes of its applications in the mechanical industry \u2013 in automation, refrigeration and even modelling.\u00a0Still, I had a nagging doubt in my mind – can I seriously learn a programming language and a circuit in just a month?<\/p>\n

I decided to sign up the next day and that’s how my amazing journey started with Internshala Trainings!<\/p>\n

My incredible experience with Internshala Trainings.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Before I got my kit, I was skeptical whether Internshala will provide me with the old version (Raspberry Pi A, B) or the new version (Raspberry Pi B+) but to my sheer amazement and satisfaction, I got the latest version of Raspberry Pi. The course started at the beginner\u2019s level and they made me familiar with all the basics regarding Raspberry Pi. I learnt about this open piece of hardware in very few and easy steps and also how it evolved from a pen drive size to a credit card size circuit board.<\/p>\n

I started learning new stuff about Raspberry Pi and recent developments in it through different modules. Each module contained a set of slides, videos, few areas where you can even try your own code or edit it and try something new on your own! The website was pretty interactive and it was fun to learn. At the end of the course, they give you a problem statement, a project which is to be done as a test of the course. That\u2019s where things became more interesting and the fun doubled. I was able to build a bot which would sense objects, nearby fire (if any) and directly send me an email or notify me about it. How cool is that!!!<\/p>\n

The USP of the course.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The best part of this course is undoubtedly the support! I got a few doubts regarding the kit, course and few more areas. Internshala took care of it perfectly and I got my answers almost instantly through their online chat service and even through their mail support.<\/p>\n

The key takeaway from the course.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The fact that\u00a0I was able to learn a completely new thing in no matter of time, that too from the comforts of my home! A person like me, who had no prior knowledge of programming, was able to learn Python language in just few days, or should I say a few hours, with the help of these modules provided; well, I will say that\u2019s awesome!!! I must say Internshala made difficult things look easy!!!<\/p>\n
