One which I come from is a flat style of work culture. Coca-cola was quite opposite hierarchy one. While doing my internship at coca cola I had a mixed proportion of learning and unlearning. With respect to learning I have learned how advanced technologies are used in manufacturing where people will sit and just monitor the process compared to my IT background I was amazed to see vice versa.<\/p>\n

When it comes to unlearning I was with a myth that no company would be working in govt. style but Coca-cola had a hierarchy. Anything that you want to accomplish will go through several cabins of heads. By the time it reaches there, the idea fades off.<\/p>\n

Apart from these two, my experience with Coca-cola was good and there was a huge learning part. I was amazed to see work and I have gained a lot of knowledge on processes and optimizing resources, I felt I nailed it.<\/p>\n
